Soroptimist International and local Soroptimist clubs participate in a variety of organizational programs.
Soroptimist International
Soroptimist's mission is to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. In order to accomplish this goal, the organization administers several international programs. The organization's major project is the Soroptimist Women's Opportunity Awards, which assists women by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills and job prospects.

Soroptimists STOP Trafficking, a project that raises awareness about the sexual trafficking of women and girls, and seeks to encourage citizens, law makers and service providers to focus on this global problem.
Soroptimist Live Your Dream Campaign, which aims to inspire women to live their dreams, and encourages them to pass their good fortune on to others.
Soroptimist Workplace Campaign to End Domestic Violence, an awareness campaign that targets domestic violence as a workplace concern.

Soroptimist Club Grants for Women and Girls, cash grants for innovative Soroptimist club projects.
Soroptimist Disaster Recovery Fund for Women and Girls, providing funds for programs that assist women and girls after a man-made or natural disaster.

Shadow Your Future
Matches high school juniors and seniors with community leaders for a day of job shadowing subsequent to a one-day workshop on the do's and don'ts of seeking employment and job interviewing.
Hug-a-Bear
Provides a teddy bear friend to local children that are entering the foster care system. More...
Scholarship Awards
Scholarship Awards are presented annually. The Violet Richardson Award is for students who have provided volunteer service to a specific organization The Women's Opportunity Award is for women who are heads of household and are in school and re-entering the workforce. The Making A Difference Award is for women who are dedicated to a project or agency benefiting other women.
Holiday Gift Program
Provides appropriate gift items to community agencies clientele who are less fortunate and in need.
